Welcome to hell. I mean both our development and the game itself. So if you want to make development a little less hell for us please playtest this first buggy build of our game! We appreciate any and all feedback!
We wanted this game to be able to show how horribly frustrating the New York subway is but also how immensly weird and fun it can be. We want the game to be an exaggerated experience of what we felt our first time navigating the subway and we hope it's relatable to New Yorkers and fun for those who have no experience with public transit. Let us know how the experience is for you whether you are transit user or not.

The mac version has a bug where you can't turn using the mouse, so you're stuck facing one one way. I've come across this bug before in other games and you can usually fix it by adjusting the mouse sensitivity in the games settings, but I could find no option to do so in this game. From what I could see the game looks interesting, but the bug makes it pretty unplayable atm
actually a really cool idea. i was having a fun time exploring the subway's ever-changing halls. a couple of issues though:
the game lags exponentially as each train pulls into a map, given the player is looking in the direction of where it spawned.
taking the train from 3rd W causes the train to stop in an empty map. it opens its doors, closes, and takes off. it never loads the next map. you're stuck on it forever lol.
PLEASE keep working on this. it's a genuinely fun and perplexing idea! i would love to play this game in a more playable state. :]
Thanks for the feedback mate! Production should be picking up again soon, so stay tuned for updates!
From what I remembered, you guys wanted to go in a pseudo The Stanley Parable route in terms of design. I think, however, you guys should go for a more 3D Zelda esque style in terms of design. The Stanley Parable wasn't a puzzle to solve: It was an experience to go through that involves shocking the player rather than testing. This game had more puzzle elements that could work better if some key aspects of Zelda exploration where taken in mind. Dungeons such as The Water Dungeon from Ocarina of Time 3D can help show you what you should and shouldn't do in terms of level design.
Also this is just a pet peeve but the main character feels way too small? I feel like they should be a bit taller.
great game! keep it up. im proud of you.
